With death stalks the Land

We meet it sword in Hand

We work and Strive

To keep all beings Alive

However if you cross the Line

Be sure that wrath will be Mine

Zombies, Vampires, and things filled with Cold

We vanish them, before they grow Old

.

We of Yig are always on Guard

Be it the mighty forests or our own back Yard

.

So hear us this Day

We will make the Undead Pay

.

Grant us Strength Yig

So we can continue to live in the Big

.

Yig Roots

Yig may be the Father of us All

But every father needs to stand Tall

.

When you are a Father you need to take a Stand

Because you never know where fate may have you Land

.

For one should never Hide

From the joy of having a child by your Side

.

Fathers need to be honorable, true, and Strong

Being anything else is so Wrong

.

I need to step up for my Child

Be it in my warm safe home or out in the Wild

.

Yet I need no instruction from Above

To bath my children with Love

.

.

So All-Father Yig Bless me and mine this Day

And we will send more energy your Way

.

In the end I work hard to be a good Father

And raising my children is never a Bother

.

No matter how much you Do

Shit can happen to You

Whether it is getting your projects Trashed

Or finding yourself without Cash

With so many things to be Done

It becomes difficult to focus on just One

Then we are under Attack

When motivation and desire is the one thing we do not Lack

Yet even when we get put down and things go Wrong

We are going to fight On

.

Go ahead try to knock me Down

Smash my face in the Ground

They should know not to mess with us because we are always Moving

Yes, we will fight back by Improving

Is anger an Energy

It certainly works for Me

Without problems I never learn and Grow

A conflict free life makes one Slow

Sometimes it is the Pain

Which will help us Gain

Sets my Priorities Straight

As I control my Fate

Suffering allows us to identify the Good

Forming a goal as I Should

.

It also stops Overreach

For I realize when my life is a Peach

.

So go ahead and give me Shit

I do not mind a Bit

.

It helps me define my Stance

And speeds up my swirling Dance

Enemies strike at us from every Side

But the warrior does not try to Hide

Sometimes the battle must be Done

And we want to be on that side that has Won

Let your servants survive the Frey

And then celebrate with our Brothers

For we need to Win

And have a better life Begin

And be able to plow over the Rest

Animals come out and do their Thing

We of Yig long to Celebrate Life

It is so easy to do when it is Rife

Yet with life there is Responsibility

We want the beast to be happy and Free

This means that sometimes we must Protect

From the rotten plotting of Set

Followers of the All-Father Snake shout out this Day

Push the evil aside so the animals may Play

The life of this Earth should always be Protected

Even if a fence must be Erected

Great Yig please listen to Me

Nature and Animals, I always want to See

This Spring I will Strive
